Manuela Herrlein

Manuela Herrlein has more than 20 years of professional experience in internationally active banks as well as in management consulting. She is a recognized expert in the field of conception and implementation of innovative and practical training and development programs.
Manuela Herrlein was head of department at Unicredit Bank AG and manager at KPMG AG in Financial Risk Management in Munich. Previously, she was a director in investment banking at UBS AG in London with international responsibility for structured finance. Before that, she worked in various positions for HVB AG in Munich in the credit department for 10 years.
Manuela Herrlein has a degree in business administration (VwA). In addition, she is a health manager (IHK) and, as an alternative practitioner for psychotherapy and behavioral therapist, has a sound education in the field of psychology/psychotherapy.

Franz Herrlein

Franz Herrlein has more than 30 years of international professional experience, especially in top management consultancies and as a board member of internationally active large and private banks. He is recognized as an expert in transformation and turnaround management and has successfully completed a large number of international projects in this area as a consultant and manager.
Franz Herrlein was Associate Partner at The Boston Consulting Group in Milan and Partner at Bain & Company in Munich. Other positions include COO and Group Management Board member at Dresdner Bank AG in Frankfurt, Chief Integration Officer and Group Management Board member at Unicredit in Milan, CFO Infrastructure at Deutsche Bank AG in London and CFO and Management Board member at BHF Bank AG in Frankfurt am Main.
Besides his role with Alpine One, Franz Herrlein is a Global Senior Advisor to UBS Group and a NED for ANWR Group, DZB Bank, Aktivbank, Flemings Hospitality Group and Flemings Asset Management.

He has a university degree in business administration, a master's degree in communication and industrial psychology and is a certified systemic coach.
